Welcome to Privilege Health Card! Please carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions before proceeding with the use of our services:

1. Acceptance of Terms:

    • By acquiring and using the Privilege Health Card, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
    • For online purchase, for sales executive purchse, for agent purchase, or for any sort of privilege health card purchase, this following terms and conditons are applied.

2. Card Usage:

    • The Privilege Health Card is non-transferable and is intended for the exclusive use of the cardholder named on the card. 
    • As per the card type, customers can avail the services.
    • For family plan, family members also can avail the discounted services from our empaneled service providers.

3. Eligibility:

    • To be eligible for Privilege Health Card, individuals must meet the criteria specified during the application process.
    • You should be an Indian or NRI to purchase and avail the service of the card.
    • There is no medical checkup or no age limit for the purchase of this card from us.

4. Discounts and Offers:

    • The cardholder is entitled to discounts on outpatient consultations, medicine purchases, and diagnostic tests as per the terms agreed upon with empaneled healthcare providers.
    • The discount is full depends upon the offering of the service provider.
    • You can directly get the benefit from the service provider.
    • If the service provider is changing the % of discount of category type, it will be reflected to your discount as well.
    • We are creating you an opportunity, a platform to get discount from our empaneled service providers.

5. Validity:

    • The Privilege Health Card is valid for two years from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified. Renewal terms will be communicated in advance. Existing packages are 999 INR and 1499 INR, more packages including pregancy care, mother and child, pravasi suraksha, etc. will be added soon. 
    • After expiry, a minimal renewal charges will be applicable to avail the discounted service into the further. 
    • Our sales executives will get back to you for the renewal of the same.

6. Privacy and Security:

    • We prioritize the privacy and security of your personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

7. Responsibility:

    • The cardholder is responsible for the safekeeping of the Privilege Health Card. Lost or stolen cards should be reported immediately.

8. Empaneled Providers:

    • Privilege Health Card has a network of empaneled hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and labs. The availability of discounts and services may vary by location and is subject to the terms agreed upon with each provider.
    • We will try to empanel the hospitals/medical stores/labs as per your request for giving you a better service but the empanelment is fully depends upon the respective service provider’s direct processes. 
    • If we are not able to empanel a particular service provider as suggested by our customer, we will try to add a similar service provider from the proximity of our customer to offer them the best service.

9. Termination of Services:

    • Privilege Health Card reserves the right to terminate services to any cardholder at any time due to violation of terms, unethical practices, or other reasons deemed necessary.

10. Modification of Terms:

    • Privilege Health Card reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Cardholders will be notified of any changes in advance.
    • Our customers can change card types as per the available packages any time.
    • Users can connect our sales executives to change or purchase any other packages.

11. Refund Policy:

    • The Privilege Health Card fee is non-refundable. In the event of an overcharge or billing error, please contact our Customer Service for resolution.

12. Governing Law:

    • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to the use of Privilege Health Card shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Trivandrum.
